PaceUp is a coaching service dedicated to sim racing enthusiasts. Created by Florian Lebigre and Thibault Cazaubon, two professional drivers, PaceUp offers structured and personalized support to help you progress effectively.
PaceUp coaching is for every drivers. Motivated beginners, intermediate drivers stuck in their progression, competitors aiming to refine their performance, or even teams looking to support their drivers, we adapt our approach to your profile, your platform, and your goals.
PaceUp is for those who want to go beyond generic tutorials. Our coaching sessions are personalized and based on an analysis of your own driving style. We give you concrete tips to help you progress quickly, understand your mistakes and optimize your practice. Our method is based on our experience in real and virtual competitions. It is designed to be immediately applicable, regardless of your level.
It’s simple. You choose the offer that suits your needs: an express analysis, a 1:1 coaching session, or full package. Depending on the offer, you send us a replay or book a slot via our online schedule, and we provide you with personalized feedback. Everything is done remotely, via Discord or file transfer.
Our slots vary depending on our competition schedule and demand. Express analyses must be booked at least 48 hours after ordering. For 1:1 coaching sessions, availability is updated weekly and slots are directly accessible. Reservations can be made directly via our online appointment booking tool.
